Merry Christmas brothers and sisters! The season is in full swing - I know this because Charlotte and Hercules just went to Home Depot to get a hammer and a hacksaw, thus that we may free our tree from the wooden planks it arrived nailed to, that are stopping the poor thing from getting a drink, and given that we live in Mexico, it will not last much longer if we deny it sustenance, by Jove.
Our tree is the finest one in all of Quintana Roo - I have a friend in high places (beloved local purveyor of fine things DAC, to be specific) - a beast of a gentleman who is a competitive Crossfit Champion and a master pianist who plays Studio Ghibli themes for an hour every morning - who not only imports them from the North, but made sure to reserve me the very finest tree they had, and it really is an absolute bloody marvel of a thing, but it but it DID arrive crucified, and will surely die if we don't act fast. ”They come like this from Mexico City,” my friend assured me. “We do not crucify them here.”
Charlotte was blastingGET SOME this morning, but we shall switch to THE KING OF LOFI CHRISTMAS when it’s time for me to saw the tree, and then the Don Family Christmas will really start to take a delightfully Grizzwaldian form. I shall make sure that THE CHRISTMAS SONG LOFI is playing as the blade cuts in, for maximum effect. That song was made to soundtrack such festive righteousness, and I should know because I made it.

Speaking of which, theDUNEWAVE instrumentals will be dropping on the channel tomorrow, and our new season of live streams continues to occur daily, as was foretold in the scrolls of old.
We have been having a delightful time on the streams, EVERY FLIPPING DAY…. highlights this week have included a beloved Top 50 countdown, a ferocious PARTY SET, a SYNTHWAVE SPECIAL, and an amazing MEANINGWAVE SUPER REQUEST SHOW, in which the viewers chose an incredible setlist and a wonderful time was had by all. We’ll be back tonight at 8ET, where we’ll be doing a special show playing ALL THE MUSIC WE RELEASED THIS YEAR (well, as much of it as we can fit, anyway) and it would be an honor to see you there!
