Production Time

All Meaningwave products are made-to-order in the USA. This means that when you place your order, we make your items from scratch. Production time is normally under one week but can take up to 2 weeks for an order to ship. Production times can take longer during times of high demand. These are typically during holidays and special Meaningwave events.

Once your order items are ready, we promptly ship them out using USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times depend on where you are located. 

Shipping Time

U.S. and Canada: production time + 3-5 business days via USPS First Class. Orders over 15oz. will automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days.

International: production time + 1-2 weeks via  USPS. Once an order leaves the U.S. it is handed off to the local postal system of the destination country. Shipping time may take longer depending on how your country handles parcels. Shipping time may take longer if customs stops your order. If you experience delays once your order enters customs' hands, we advise that you call your local post office or customs office for assistance.

Your shipping cost will be calculated based on order weight, size, and where you are shipping too. We usually charge you less than the actual cost to ship and costs will vary. You can see the final shipping charge at the final screen of the checkout process.

In general, domestic shipping is under $10 and international shipping starts at $10.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when the order goes out that will include a link to your tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder before emailing us. If you used Paypal, an email may have been sent to the email address setup with them.

You can also log into your account and check the status of your current order. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, it means it's still in production (remember current production times are approx. 1-2 weeks).

​We ship anywhere we haven't experienced too many scammers. If for some reason you go to check out and your country isn't listed, unfortunately we can't ship to that country. We do ship to almost every country in the world though! If you think your country should be added to our "safe" list, just hit us up and we'll do an in-depth analysis, including contacting your country's top leaders to see if they seem legit or not.

Yes we do! You can insure your package through our partnership with Route Shipping Insurance, so that you will be 100% compensated if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

On the cart page, you'll see a small checkbox above the Checkout button that says "Add shipping protection". Simply check this box and your package will be insured. Click the information icon by the checkbox to learn more. We highly encourage you to insure your packages as we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packaged otherwise.
