Last Christmas I gave you my heart, no that wasn’t it, last Christmas I had a deep-ass conversation with fitness and lifestyle don Dr. Dan Go for his podcast. Then weeks went by, and it didn’t come out, and I forgot about it. Well, 9 months later, IT JUST CAME OUT, so you can go listen.
Since it was recorded so long ago, I literally don’t remember a single thing we spoke about, so I had Jayson EVA and Letitia listen through it to make some clips and remind me what the blazes happened.
“It was amazing!” reports Jayson. “You had a lot of great points hence the number of clips on the list. I think it was a fun, intellectual podcast, Akira.”
Well, that’s good to know. The guy being interviewed is a bit different from the guy I am 9 months later, for one thing, he couldn’t do handstand push-ups, and I can, but that doesn’t entirely invalidate his opinions.
