The first, rough version of this song appeared at the end of the Youtube-only version of 2021’s LOFI CHRISTMAS IV - it was a last-minute flash of inspiration and a stand-out moment for many. This year I remastered and finished the song, adding piano and pells and re-mixing and remastering it, before making it available to download and stream wherever you like to download and stream.
For the remastered version of this song, I also remastered the music video - I edited footage from Raymond Briggs' classic The Snowman, ran that through my CRT television and two of my favorite glitch boxes, spent some time dialing in a variety of looks and effects, then edited the resulting footage, and used AI to upscale it to 4K and increase the frame rate.
