LIFE IS NOT A JOURNEY is one of my favourite songs, and for its first few years of existence was exclusively available as the B-Side of the TIME seven-inch single (get your copy now!), for which it was created. It is now available as part of the MEANINGWAVE MASTERPIECES IVcollection for all to enjoy. One of my favorite Wattsisms, LIFE IS NOT A JOURNEYbeautiful encapsulates the absurdity of the rat race existence where one is always en route to that elusive something… instead of enjoying and engaging in the beautiful song and dance that is this existence whilst we can. I used some of the Castle In The Sky score on the song, so it was only fitting we return to it for the visual, which, if you’ve been playing the new Zelda game, might seem very familiar to you, as its obviously a huge influence on that other recent modern masterpiece.

In related news, I just finished a new Alan Watts song, and now that’smy favorite, so you can look forward to falling in love with that soon.
